This is related to justice. I personally don't believe in "eternal damnation", but I do consider it likely that there is some punishment for bad deeds.

Whom is god prepared to send to hell?
Once you are born into the world and baptized, you are clean. God gives all a "free will" he can't make you be good or bad so if you do many bad things and go against his word, he might decide to send you to hell. But when you're born you have a clean plate God would never automatically send someone to hell.
Opinion that opposes an official religious view?
Christianity: if you do not accept Jesus as your savior you deserve hell...yet god is a just, loving god my opinion: it is not just to send someone who is a good person but does not believe in god to hell forever. even the worst sinner in the world does not deserve this cruel punishment. A murderer may deserve to be murdered himself, but even he doesn't deserve eternal torment of his soul in a burning lake of fire...( just my opinion :)...)
Can Satan be loved by someone?
I do not believe so, since he is in hell. Hell is the absence of God, and since God is love, I would guess no one can love in hell. Thus he would use people instead of love (use is the opposite of love). Now lets say Satan can love; why would he want to? Loving is an act of God.
