YOU CAN BUY CREST WHITING STRIPS AND THEY WORK VERY WELL ANY OTHER BRAND IS TERRIBLE BUT YOU NEED TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH FIRST BECAUSE IF YOU DONT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TRUST ME I AM A MODEL AND I HAD TO WHITEN MY TEETH I SUGEGST THE 3 DAY STUFF IT WORKS SO WELL
