What Bible do you read? We do have a soul, spirit, and body ( as you know); Read Matthew 10:28. And one can sell their soul to the Devil, but Jesus has redeemed us from ANY condemnation if we just truly REPENT and DEPART from sin and CONFESS that He is LORD.

In response to this answer, What bible do you read? You can't sell what is not yours, A person could attempt to sell his soul to the devil, thus possibly opening himself to demonic activity; but such a "transaction" does not actually take place because the human soul is inalienable. The freely chosen and deliberate attempt to sell one's soul to the devil would be a mortal sin; and, like all mortal sins, can be forgiven through repentance and, for a Catholic or Orthodox Christian, through sacramental confession.

Matthew 12:32 "Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him. But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the one to come." By entering a pact with the evil are you not openly rebelling against the Holy Spirit? If so this means you also speak against the Holy Spirit by denouncing it. Thus what you have done is unforgivable is it not? We have free will as shown in 2 Samuel's story of David, Uriah and Bathsheba. We can also resist the Holy Spirit as shown in Acts 7: 51-53 where it says in 51 "You stiff-necked people with uncircumsized hearts and ears! You are always resisting the Holy Spirit; as your forefathers did, so do you." 1 Corinthians 15: 38-46 44 states " Sown a natural body, raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body." Mortal sin is forgivable, but the sin in Matthew 12:32 is clearly not. If all sin is equal in God's eyes, with the exception of this one as it is unforgivable, than if selling your soul to evil (Hades, Satan, Lucifer, Beelzebub, demons which are fallen angels which are agents of evil, etc) then if you are a christian, you would be denouncing God and the Holy Spirit. If not already a christian than you are still denouncing the Holy Spirit and still going against the Holy Spirit for if you know of the evil that is Satan than you inherently know of the good of which is God. To give in to sin is not to denounce God but is part of humanity which we are called to do our best to fix. To be the best imitations of God we can be. (Ephesians 5:1) As far as actual selling of the soul goes, i have yet to find anything in The Bible that suggests you can, but if it were possible (we being finite beings cannot know with certainty all the ways of God who is infinite but can come to intelligent assumptions according to what the Lord has done and said in the Bible and our own lives) than it would be loss of Salvation or even the possibility thereof unless the individual did not know the "Devil" was the one of whom the deal was being made with. Usually if the person is "making a deal with the Devil" than they are not christian anyhow. Thus, for whatever God's way is (John 14:6) they would not go to Heaven because they did not come to the Father through Jesus. Grace is given for all by Jesus' death on the cross. The best thing to remember is in Romans 13:8. "Do not owe anyone anything, except to love one another for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law."
