You need to have addressed the conditions that caused you to lose custody in the first place, petition the court for custody, and provide the court with evidence that you can provide a safe, stable home for your child.

There really is no way, as a child, that you can influence a court matter. Maintain a healthy respect for and amicable relationship with both your parents and let them settle their difficulties between themselves, their lawyers and the court.

If the parents are unfit you have to report this to the Child Protective Service. The court will then decide where the children will go to after taking the parental rights away from the parents. You can petition to be appointed the child's legal guardian.

well, first its a huge responsibility

and, there is no standard procedure to take custody of your younger sibling, it depends on the country/state you live in, and its up to the judge to decide if you are ready to take become the guardian. However the basic things are-

1. you must prove to be financially capable/independent

2. you must pass drug tests (yes, sometimes the take drug tests)

on an unrelated note, i think you should not take the custody because your grammar is not proper and i highly doubt that you want to take this responsibility.

When trying to gain custody of younger siblings, abuse and neglect have to be proven. Some states are more third party friendly, and you will need an attorney to petition the court.

Are older siblings more responsible than younger siblings?

it depends what age are they like the younger one is 13 and the older one is15 than both will kinda be both of the same responsible but the older one will probrally be more.but if your talking about a 3 year old and a 12 year old than of course the 12 year old one will be more responible.it also counts how they act the older can be less responsible if the younger one has a better attitude and more responsible.
