  • Anger can influence your actions because you are not in complete control of yourself and may say or do something you would not normally do. Sometimes what you do or say can end a great relationship with a partner to a friend. On the more serious side anger can create fighting between two people until the angry person strikes out and could cost the life of the one they are angry at even though they would not normally harm a person if they were in control of themselves. It is wise to cool off and stay away from the person that has made you angry then to argue or say things you will regret later.
