Well, you want blood pressure. Blood pressure is what pushes the blood through all our blood vessels. It becomes a problem when it's too high or too low. Too low is usually worse because you die much quicker and acutely. High blood pressure, or hypertension, is the 'silent' killer. Hypertension is partly genetic, so that part is not preventable. But there are lifestyle changes that help you not become hypertensive. Such as, low sodium intake, excercise, not becoming obese, etc. It depends on why you have the hypertension that will affect which lifestyle change will benefit you.
