A tatoo is like putting a picture on the wall of your home and then saying "I will never change that picture for the rest of my life" It can only affect other body parts, besides that immediate skin area, if the needle transmits HIV etc into your body or if it causes an infection that spreads to other body parts-usually organs. If the infection spreads to your heart, you can die or be permanantly ill affected. Use you brain and don't put a permanant picture on your body, if you are normal, your taste in art will change with age and you will regret it!
