I would imagine you are talking about breaking down and building up of bone. Osteoclasts, and osteoblasts. Two types of cells that are constantly breaking down and rebuilding bone. Osteoclasts break down the bone acidically. While osteoblasts rebuild bone, by secreting osteoid, that becomes mineralized.
The cell that helps in the movement of bones is called an osteoclast. Osteoclasts are responsible for breaking down and removing old bone tissue, allowing for new bone formation and remodeling. This process is essential for maintaining bone strength and flexibility.
Osteoclasts are large, multinucleated cells found in bone tissue. They are responsible for the breakdown and resorption of bone by secreting enzymes and acids that dissolve the mineralized matrix of bone. Osteoclasts are derived from the fusion of monocytes/macrophages and are involved in bone remodeling and repair.
It depends on what sort of bone cell you are talking about. Osteoblasts are specialized in so far as they form new bone only, osteoclasts digest bone for remodeling however cannot form new bone. However, there are other cells in bone, such as hemaotpoietic stem cells in the bone marrow that are only specialized in so far as they produce blood cells.
NEGATIVE......only o negatives can get o negatives............if an o negative person gets o positive anything that person WILL die..........
Bone remodeling begins in embryonic development
Mechanical stress and hormones control bone remodeling.
Bone Remodeling does not affect compact bobe, but it DOES affect Spongy bone tissue.
describe the bone remodeling process and the minerals involved in that process
Paget's disease of bone
Bone remodeling can provide information about someone's age through the process of continuous bone turnover. As people age, their bones undergo remodeling, where old bone is broken down and new bone is formed. By studying the rate of bone remodeling and the balance between bone formation and resorption, researchers can infer an individual's age. Additionally, changes in bone density, structure, and composition can also indicate age-related bone remodeling patterns.
Bone remodeling
The order of stages of bone fracture healing is formation of a hematoma, formation of a fibrocartilaginous callus, formation of a bony callus, and, finally, bone remodeling.
