They have mostly pink noses. and the top of their nose gets the rays from the sun making it easy for them to become sunburnt

All dogs can get sunburnt if they lose their hair and then are out in the sun.
Animals with bare patches of fair skin get sunburnt, just like humans. The faier the skin, the more likely it will get burnt. This applies to areas of the body such as the ears, abdomen, underside of paws (paw pads) etc. In cats it is common for the ears to be burnt where fur is very minimal. Pure white cats are at the highest risk, as the skin has little protection due to the lack of melamin. White cats have a very high rsik of skin cancer as a result. Just like humans, if the skin pigment is darker, it has a better protection to UV light, and is less likely to get sunburnt. So realisitcly, most animals can get sunburnt, just like humans!
It's a bad idea to do ANYTHING while sunburnt. Because it will hurt. Badly.
