Christians and the Jews that are not Christians disagree on the point that Jesus is the messiah. Aside from that, some Christians have blamed the Jews for killing Christ (a Jew himself) and have built up a lot of anti-Jewish feeling over the years.

There is no 'problem' between Jews and Christians but there is a difference of opinion concerning their beliefs in the station of the man called Jesus from Nazareth.

Mark 15:12 And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do unto him whom ye call the King of the Jews?

Mark 15:13 And they cried out again, Crucify him.

Mark 15:14 Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him.

Luke 23:21 But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.

Luke 23:22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go.

Luke 23:23 And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.

Christians

Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

Acts 26:28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

1 Peter 4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

The Jews do not accept Jesus as the Messiah. They see Him as a prophet who was killed by the Romans. The Jews celebrate the Sabbath from Friday night to Saturday night. Christians celebrate the Sabbath on Sunday, because Christians believe Jesus rose from the dead on Sunday. The Jews have kosher laws that determine what kind of food they can and can't eat. They learn Hebrew so they can read The Bible in the original. Jews do not accept the Christian parts of the Bible as being part of the Bible. Jews pray that someday the Messiah will return and there will be a 3rd Temple in Jerusalem to worship. Christians regard Jesus as the Messiah and await His return at the end of days.
