Polyuria is the medical term for producing a lot of urine. Urinary frequency describes feeling that you have to pee very often but not passing much urine (this happens in urinary tract infections). Its opposite is oliguria (small amount of urine). Polydipsia means excessive thirst and often comes alongside polyuria.
