I'm not sure but I am convinced that due to it being a fake game you can't. On Chaos Black you can't complete the game (that I'm sure of) becaus of it being a hack basiclly. Also if you have Pearl, Diamond or Platinum don't try to migrate Pokemon (especially Mewthree) because it will corrupt both your games.

Which is not an official Pokemon Game. And Mewthree and Mewthree X are not official Pokemon. So technichally they don't exist. But at the same time they do. I know it's confusing ain't it!? Point is, there is no other game in the world that has Mewthree or Mewthree X in it that isn't Pokemon Chaos Black.
