As you already may know, Chaos Black is not an official Nintendo Game. Its a patched and edited version of Leaf Green/Fire Red. The directors had made the mistake there. The ONLY way I am aware of is to use the Walk Through Walls Cheat Code and pass through.

I'm not sure but I am convinced that due to it being a fake game you can't. On Chaos Black you can't complete the game (that I'm sure of) becaus of it being a hack basiclly. Also if you have Pearl, Diamond or Platinum don't try to migrate Pokemon (especially Mewthree) because it will corrupt both your games.
