Ok, this may sound dumb but after its been a scab for a day or two, pick it open. then hold a tissue on it for a while until it stops bleeding. then get a big band-aid and put ALOT of Neosporin or something on the cut and sleep with the band-aid on. in the morning, take the band-aid off and rise the cut with warm water until the scab falls off or starts to loosen and then lightly scrub the cut to clean it out and get any of the scab that's left, off. Periodically put Neosporin or whatever on it until it fully heals.
