Strictly speaking , "The Boondocks" is not anime even though produced by Madhouse which is a Japanese animation studio . Generally all anime originates from Japan and is first seen there before undergoing the process of dubbing into English for a Western market and audience .

Animax has no intention of dubbing season 2. Funimation is dubbing it in English for the US though. I advise you check it out.

There are many kinds of dubbing, such as advertising dubbing, CRBT dubbing, feature film dubbing, cartoon dubbing, TV drama dubbing, foreign language dubbing, foreign language dubbing, minor language dubbing, dialect dubbing, Cantonese dubbing, etc. Better publicity of your own products or enterprises, so that those who do not know know the existence of their products or enterprises, and let those who know know better about their products and their enterprises, so as to improve the popularity of their products or enterprises.

yeah the great majority of them but the dubbing is not the same as the french one the québécois dubbing is with a standart french accent but the voice actors are not those in France
