driver window wont go up
The most common reason for power window failure is a blown fuse. Your owner's manual should have the location of the fuses listed. This is a good place to start with this problem.
Mine froze shut this winter. Once the ice melted, my windows started opening and shutting again. You may also want to check your "lock shutout switch," which disables the power window buttons.
Since both windows on the front of the caravan do not work it is a common power issue. Check the window fuse and relays first, to see where the power loss is.

My 2001 does not have a 'lock' button on the power windows - likely because only the front seat occupants have access to the window controls.
Check the power window fuses and the relay first. If all of the windows do not work then it is a power problem with the whole window system.

LOOK AT YOUR MANUAL AND YOU WILL SEE THERE IS NO FUSE. LET ME GUESS BOTH FRONT WINDOWS INOP?
Run another dedicated hot wire to the drivers window switch. This will provide power to that window no matter if the driver cuts the power or not.
Look at the opposite window. Driver side windows are often simalair to there opposing window. Some parts are reversed for obvious reasons.
Try the switch that keeps the kids from opening the back window.
