Junk food is called that because all it does is have calories - there is no real nutrition in it at all! So you're just stuffing yourself with food that doesn't do anything but make you fatter. Junk food also makes you feel tired and sluggish after you eat it, even if it gives you a "sugar rush" for a few minutes. Nutritious food makes you have long-lasting energy and gives you nutrients you need for a healthy body.
