How can mobile phone towers installed on buildings harm humans?

Perhaps the energy from the cell phone tower can suck and dispense more of the energy than it needs, since there is probably so many cell phones in the area. Maybe it could take a lot more electrical energy from the building, causing the electric bill for that building to go up. Since cell phones have been linked to cause cancer, maybe the energy from the tower could cause cancer to some of the surrounding inhabitants.
