There is no such thing as "business" English. Business language may ring with high oratory or clank with low advertising copy. Usually the latter, granted and here's a clue: if it is trying to sell you something, or if it is detailing quarterly corporate accounts or the history of a McDonald's franchise it is not literary English.

What should not be classified as literature?

Literature is a relatively subjective term, especially considering the lasting power of a work has a lot to do with whether or not it should be considered literary. The literary canon is also frequently up for debate considering the gatekeepers of literature have, historically, been largely white men. Therefore representation has become an important issue in the last century or so.Critical acclaim alone is not enough to define literature. Neither is commercial success. The quality of the writing (largely accepted and agreed on) and the mark of a new movement within the literary world, however, are important factors in defining a literary work.

Is this will be an exciting month for me a correct grammar?

Yes it is. The sentence "This will be an exciting month for me" is absolutely correct (it needs a period at the end, of course). But "a correct grammar" is not-- you want to ask whether it is "grammatically correct," or to be simpler, ask whether it is "good English."
