Anxiety is the world we live in and everybody has anxiety and I mean everybody. Everyone deals with it in their own way but we are illequipped and never learn to understand our own existence and there is part of us out of control.
Chronic anxiety and add can look similar from the outside because they both eat up a person attention capabilities and it can be hard to get any of their attention at this point. Chronic anxiety has a hyper appearance where as ADD is more of a subdued condition with periods of calmness, patience also can display extraordinary capabilities in certain fields as where anxiety patience have a hard time getting through anything.
I ask a question that enables a person to examine themselves from a different place and the answer is the degree of anxiety and stress you harbor in your body and mind
The question is:
If you where put in a dead quiet room with no distraction would you be able to shut everything off in your head and find peace and quiet yourself.
To ignore the results is to decide to live with this condition and to miss out on your totality.
A book titled, The Last Call, introduces some techniques in Discovering The Universal Man.
The chapter on anxiety directly addresses this issue and so far has been life changing for those who have tried them.
