it can't. Salt is very good for plants. It's like vitamines for us. And like minerals for plants. The salt goes in the flower and make very nice colours. The colours will be dubbled and most of the time the colour changes.

none. bleach will damage living flowers. if you add a teaspoon to a vase with cut flowers it will kill the bacteria in the water there by prolonking cut flowers shelf life
Salt water will in fact kill a rose bush because it depletes nutrients from the rose bush. Epson salt however is good for rose bushes when added to water because it will increase chlorophyll production.
