It depends on the flowers and what systemic pesticides were used on it when growing. As a rule do not allow your cat to eat any flowers or plants. Many can cause damage to the kidneys that will accumulate over its life time until they suffer kindey disease from the damage.
Cats are very tough animals. Unless the cut is serious, it will probably heal on its own. If you are not sure, take it to a veterinarian. Also, I have treated wounds on cats with petroleum jelly and had good results.
