The most practical way is to take a nuclear reactor with you when you go there.
Saturn is the make, ion is the model.

There probably is no power steering fluid in the 05 Saturn. Saturn employs an electric assisted power steering system that still has a rack and pinion, but is electrically operated. A much easier, more bulletproof design in my opinion.
The particles that make up the ring are in orbit around Saturn.

With proper navigation and sufficient rocket power to adjust Delta-V, yeah, one could orbit Saturn.
