1-2nd week: 35 situps
3rd week: 10 pushups 50 situps
4th-12th or 13th week: 30 minutes of cardio*, 10 pushups, 50 situps
*if u cant do 30 minutes, start with 15 and build up overtime
Diet: regular breakfast, reg. lunch, small snack, reg. dinner
if you starve and its not during these meals' times, eat a fruit or veggie.

No. It takes months of full body training to get a six-pack.
Probably around 2-3 months The type of muscle structure you have will also determine how long and if you can develop a six pack.
flex your stomach muscles as much as you can and fruit helps sit ups to speed it up and you will get a six pack in no time
You can't get a six pack in three days but you can get one in 3 months by doing 200 sit ups each day. Good Luck :P

U can't get one in a week it takes at least two months
well it depends where you are at and doing 100 sit ups or push ups a day isn't gonna help you get six pack abs in one month it maybe would in like 6 months do some INSANE exercise to really get a six pack but in my opinion you can't get six pack abs in 1 month without any steriods or any help.
Paint Marker. Although to be completed within a total time a Three Minutes, a friend would have to apply the six pack. The individual that is in disire of the six pack would spread over three minutes trying their best.. a friend would just get it done with little to zero care.
