∙ 15y agoJust talking to another person that you trust will help become aware of your feelings. (This might be your parent, a brother or sister, best friend, or your religious leader.) This is the, first step to understanding if there is a emotional, or social, or even a mental problem. A good way to resolve this problem is throw self expression such as art, or writing short story's or pottery. But just talking to another person can make make a world of differents.

∙ 14y agoEat well, take a multivitamin every day (but don't obsess about it), get enough exercise (at least 30 minutes of brisk walking 4 times a week), and interact with other people. Join a club, take up a hobby, get a pet. Don't forget to allow yourself some down time. Meditation is helpful. (Some of us consider it to be essential.)

The general idea is balance- not drinking too much, not sleeping too much and so on. When it comes to relationships, I recommend always trying to be assertive to aid good mental health.

the effect that excersice and good nutrition has on your mental health is that when you eat good nutritional food you can think good like me at shadow hills high school when i am at school i have to be wide awake so i can learn what me teacher is saying. exercise effects your mental health because when you are in good shape you have good self esteem and you do not think about how you look. and that is why i think excersice and good nutrition effects your mental health.
