How can you prepare a slide show?

The two most common ways to make a slide show are using 1. Windows movie maker open all the pictures that you want into windows movie maker, and then put them in the order that suits you, you can now set how long between each picture, special effect and transitions between each side, and you can also add music. you can find many tutorials on YouTube. 2. use Microsoft office PowerPoint, this is a much more professional approach, but yet it is even easier than movie maker, you can add music or sound, Go to insert, go on sound, then underneath put record sound, you can personalize your slide show in different ways, for example you can add text to each slide, you can manually control when each new slide appears by the click of a button, and the file you save as PowerPoint presentation is a lot smaller than a windows movie maker file, and again you will find great tutorials on this on YouTube. Good luck

How do you have sound effects AND narration in a PowerPoint slide?

There are two ways to get around this but I recommend the second one. 1) Just add both of the sounds (narration and sound effects) to the PowerPoint. Set them to both come in and it should work (I haven't tested yet). If it doesn't work, try Solution 2 2) Install trakAx, a music-creating thing for Windows. Once that's installed, first put the narration into the project. Then add the sound effects to the project. Move all of the sounds around. Then save your trakAx file as a sound file (You can do it but I forgot how, please find out and improve this answer as you will) and add the sound file to your PowerPoint. DONE!

How do you add music on Google slides?

1. Insert a sound clip or music into the presentation You have 2 options to do so in PowerPoint: 1) Insert sound to the slide Insert -> Movies and sounds (PowerPoint 2003 or earlier versions)/Sound icon in Media Clips group (PowerPoint 2007) -> Sound from File... 2) Insert as transition sound PowerPoint 2003 or earlier versions: Slide Show -> Slide Transition -> Modify transition (Right Panel) -> Sound -> Other Sound PowerPoint 2007: Animations -> Transition Sound (icon and textbox) -> Other Sound 2. Set the music to play through the presentation 1) In PowerPoint 2003, right-click the sound's icon and select Custom Animation from the popup menu; In PowerPoint 2007, click the sound's icon and go to Animations tab in menu, then click Custom Animation in Animations group. The Custom Animation pane will open and your sound file should be listed. 2) In the Custom Animation pane, click the arrow directly to the right of the sound icon to pull down the various options. Then select Effect Options. 3) Locate the Effects tab and Click the radio button beside Stop Playing after *** slides Put a large number in the box so the track will play throughout all your slides, even if you go back and forth among slides. PPT considers each transition a "slide," so you should put a large number as you can in there. 4) Check the settings in the Timing tab. To play automatically, the timing should be set to Start After Previous with a 0-second delay. Click OK to close the dialog box. 3. Use an add-in tool called wondershare ppt2flash. It has the feature of "Import Audio" that allow you to set background music for the whole presentation with just one click.Click insert and then click sound clip and it should work, please trust my profile for answering!

How do people use sound effects in a PowerPoint?

One may insert a sound by attaching it to a slide transition, in which case you open the drop down menu in the Transitions ribbon in the timing section, or you can insert a sound from file by going to the insert ribbon and clicking on the audio drop down menu under the media section. From there it will give you the option of recording audio there, if you want, using some standard sounds built in to PowerPoint, and using one from file, if using one from file, click on that option, and browse for the audio file you want to use. However use caution if you are putting the PowerPoint on a flash drive or other mobile saving card, because if you don't have a copy of the sound on your mobile data storage unit then the PowerPoint will look for the sound on your computer, and not find it. It will therefore error and not play the sound. If you want the sound to play you should copy it to the mobile drive and attach the audio file to the PowerPoint from the drive copy, not the computer original, because if you link the computer copy, then PowerPoint will still look for it on your computer, but if you link the mobile copy, it will look on the mobile drive, and of course, if done right, play the sound.

How do you put music on PowerPoint Presentation?

Yes, you can. So easy. Right click to choose New > Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation to create a ppt. Open it and then navigate to the INSERT > Audio > Audio on My PC to select the music you wish to import. Certainly. if the free music that downloaded from the internet can't meet your needs, you can try to get one AudiCable Audio Recorder. Use it to record tracks from different mainstream music platforms that boast hundreds of thousands of of songs like Spotify. Then you can add them into the ppt.
