if you have duallies on your f250 than your issue may be the DRW adapters someone or yourself put on.if your not running hub centric DRW spacers such as made by arrowcraft,than this will cause your rim center holes to ware and the rims will hop in the back.
if this is the issue,then buy some quality arrowcraft adapters, pull them and run srw again,or swap in a truck f350 pickup rear axle,that is much wider than the f250/srw f350 axle.it's also wider than the f350 cab and chassic axle as well.the advantage of the axle swap is no adapters to fail,and you get wider brake shoes.
