what you first need is armour. make sure that you dont use the best armour you got if you think you got like a 30% of winning. if you got food then take good and powerful armour. make sure that the food is the best you can buy! as for the weapons depending on what skill you use is gonna be your strongness and your weakness : for example, mage is good against melee but weak against range, range is good against mage but weak against melee, melee is good against range and weak against mage so think wisely! i would not choose mage or/and range because of the runes or/and arrows. if you want melee get yourself full rune armour and rune scimitar and/or rune two-hand sword and a shield with the scimitar if your taking one. if you want mage get yourself a few law runes incase you need to teleport but be careful most pkers are stocked on food and strength potions. rangers are not the best since nearly all pkers are melee and range is extremely weak against melee (in real life they are equal) but if you want range stock up on arrows lots of them. this type of guide is for non-members because if your a member (which i never was) you can kick ass with ease mage become very dangerous and range too they become possiably if you got your hands on a crystal bow and it may not be the best but it has infinite ammo. member melee become insane demigods with powerful weapons. you should stick to non-member pking. sorry for the long answer but i tried to do my best
