it can't be taught. it's something your born with. i guess you could be be told jokes and shown how to say them. but its not the same. Being witty is a personality thing, you can't change your personality, like i said its something your born with. If you do something funny its natraul to you. you don't even have to try hard to make someone laugh. but remember its not what you say its the way that you say it. hope this helps?
