You can be flexible in your body by doing exercise and stretches to increase muscle covement range, taking some regular dance classes or by engaging in activity where a full range of motion is needed. You can be flexible in your mind by being more laid back and accecpting, taking yoga, removing stress from your life and thinking with a healthy state of mind.
