Well, popularity isn't the most important thing, but if you want to be more popular than:

You probably already are, but try mixing in with more people, do nice things for them (help them, hold door open, complement them) And mostly be yourself, because if you act unlike yourself people will soon find out and won't want to be your friend as they will think you're a liar...

Be yourself. Show respect for others. Don't be too nerd like.

Enjoy popularity.

Just be nice and make conversation, make a couple jokes, and be fun to be around and you're bound to become popular because people want to be around you. just be yourself.
