Just say you've been skinny your whole life and you don't easily gain weight. If you have lost weight, say that you've started with a sport or started training and eating healthy, you want to be healthy. You want/are healthy (skinny) because you have a illness or feel ill by being unhealthy.

Well if you are skinny and you have a diet, that is kind of un-reasonable. But eating healthy is vital to putting on muscle. Just do alot of core exercise.
It is not good to be "super skinny". Instead, a person should aim to be healthy and slim. This is properly achieved through well-balanced and healthy eating, along with exercise and a healthy lifestyle (easily obtained throguh not smoking or doing drugs or drinking too much alcohol, for example).
Eating only 700 calories each day isn't healthy, being super skinny isn't healthy. get your priorities straight and stop obsessing.
