=Eat! But eat healthy foods. Eat organic when ever possible. Eat lots of eggs, drink lots of 2% milk, eat cheese, eat more vegitables then fruit. But still eat fruit. Eat whole grain bread...unless you eat kosher, because regular white bread has BLEACHED PROCESSED FLOUR THAT HAS NO NUTRIENTS WHAT SO EVER! Kosher white bread at least gets all of that crap out of there. Eat 3 regular sized meals and 1 or 2 small snacks, 1 after breakfast and one after lunch. (You don't really have to eat a snack after breakfast!) If you plan to eat a snack...wait at least 3 hours after you ate your meal to eat a snack. Eat healthy! Thanx!=
