How do you get your banned account back from Habbo?

There are two types of ban:

1) IP Ban

2) Account Ban

If you have been IP banned by Habbo, it is very likely they have also banned your account. An IP ban is Habbo's attempt to stop you from using their service altogether, dis-allowing you to use any account you create or have previously created. The solution would inevitably be to wait until your IP automatically changes, or to use a piece of software. If this fails, then you should re-install shockwave.

If you have been account banned by Habbo, firstly you need to decide whether its worth trying to get it back e.g. if its only a 30 day ban, then I'm sure you can wait 30 days, or if you had no or little furniture, you may as well start fresh. However, this question is usually asked by rich Habbo's who have received a permanent ban (which lasts approximately 11 years). In which case you must appeal to Habbo either via telephone or via email. Their telephone number can be found on Sulake's website, and often proves to have quick, efficient results. If emailing, a reply will take atleast 4 days, and its very easy for the staff to use their pre-set message and reject your appeal. Whether you are phoning or emailing, you need to think very carefully about what you should say/write, think of it like a court case, not only be the apologetic criminal, also the victim of an unfair ban, and a lawyer who can find flaws and argue his case. Don't just write a couple of things down and send it to them, they won't care. Write a professional email, which includes everything that could give you the best possible chance.

Ok, here's the deal. You'll have to go to Habbo Hotel and enter the link: www.habbo.com/help

Once your there find the thing where it says Toolbox Help. Click it. A message will appear asking why you should be unbanned. You have to be very believable or this will not work. (I am sorry I didn't know what I did could harm other people in the Habbo Hotel. I promise I won't do it again.. etc) If this does not work you'll have to email the Habbo Hotel over hotmail; Yahoo; gmail. Hope it helped!

You will need to file an appeal. You need to find fault in your ban. If it doesn't meet the circumstances to the length of the ban, if you believe there was some misconduct on the part of the moderator (the banned the wrong person, to users with nearly similar names), or you did nothing at all (there have been times where bans were issued for no reason).

You may also beg for forgiveness for behaviors that were committed in the past that were big in nature at the time but are relatively minor now. Though this frowned upon as your appeal should be of some nature in the first section.

If your ban appeal is denied, have your parent attempt to do it. Angry parents who they assume are paying for services are likely to get a full investigation.

You can get unbanned form habbo, but its hard. you need a good reason to proof that you are innocent. so go to habbo.com/help, then go to the bottom of the web site and click on "help tool", then follow the steps, and theres a part where you have to explain your problem, so just write that you are banned and that its unfair because you are innocent, etc... But you really need a good explaination.

so just start a new account. I found a way to get free coins, it got me like 50 coinsm i though it was scam, but i was gonna quit habbo soon anyway, so I did it, and luckly it wasnt scam, all i did was send my habbo u.s. through an email to freehabbcoins@live.com, and in one or two days, i got like 50 coins in my account, it was really cool!! i got like 2 more months of habbo club, and made a game room, it only works once with each email account. and the richer your account is, the more coins you get.

If you've been banned for a short amount of time (2 hours - 7 days) you will need to wait until the ban expires. If you've been banned for a longer amount of time (7 days or more (including permanent bans), you will need to either make a new account or appeal the ban.

Appealing a ban is the only true way to recover your account. In order to appeal your account you must prove to Customer Service that your ban was unfair. Simply saying "It was my friend" or "I didn't do it" will not get your ban removed.

Why have I been banned?

If you can't get into Habbo and you got a message window saying that you have been banned from Habbo, then you should wait for the ban to expire. Most bans are two hours in length, although some may be longer depending on the circumstances that caused your ban.

Moderators are trained professionals and do not ban accounts for no reason. Habbo staff can check the reason why you have been banned and we will know exactly what has happened. As such, we very rarely have any reason to remove a ban from an account.

You can contact us using the "Submit a Request" button above to appeal a ban that is more than 7 days in length, and we will review the situation. However this does not guarantee that your ban will be lifted! Remember, we can see exactly what happened, so do not bluff or lie about how you got banned - if you do, we won't lift the ban from your account!
