To stop anorexia then just imagine that you are your favourite celebrity and keep telling yourdelf it and then that way you can be normal like before. Knowone is telling you who to be and who not to be but its all about you and only you. When i was anorexic then i was 4 and a half stone but now i am 6 and a half stone and i enjoy being average and a normal person.

∙ 14y agoAnorexia can be very difficult to stop. The main way to "stop" it would be to work on preventing anorexia in the first case. This can be done by having a positive self-image, eating right, and living a healthy lifestyle. It is also important not to allow bullying or teasing to "get to" you, and also not to be harsh to others about things like weight and appearances.
