You can become a vampire by being bite by aother vampire or going to a dentist and implanting fake vampire teeth, and suck blood. But yeah if your a vampire the only way to not go to hell is by curing you being a vampire. So good luck.
A vampire is a dead body reanimated. The soul has already fled its just reward: heaven or hell. So being a vampire has no impact on your ultimate fate.
