You receive an event item (oak's letter) and go to route 224 and go to the weird stone and professor oak will be there. Talk to him and he will ask you something (I can't remember). Reply anything and a path will appear called seabreak path and you go down it and shaymin will be there but it will run away. Chase it Dow n the (really long) path and you will enter a small flowery island and you battle shaymin. Don't bring your strongest Pokemon because shaymin is only lv30.
