Push F9 on bootup when you see the ASUS logo that will allow you to do a factory restore , so the pc will be EXACTLY as it was when you first got it. you dont need cd's or anything, dont worry that it shows win98 it will load xp or whatever was installed when you first got it. rgds Badger
