you cant but the action replay creators have been looking into it the past year and thinking about creating a new type of action replay with tons of new features including being able to change which buttons you have to press

When you get there, press the * button and all the codes will appear. Only activate a couple at a time or it will crash your game. To select a code, press the A button.
