use a noid light set to determine if pulse is going to the fuel injectors.
check your fuses if all good check to see if there is power going to the fuel pump if so then replace the pump
check your fuel filter, injectors, catalydic converter, if it has a Carb. check it
check the fuses
I believe the computer controls the grounds, not the positive. Therefore the injectors are"live"when the key is on,but don't fire till the computer grounds them.
check computer and odbI codes !
check your battery connections (maybe loose wires)

Check your fuel lines and injectors it could be that your fuel pump is going bad, if you have the fuel filter change that out, also change your spark plugs and you will restore your original power. Fuel pump usually the main problem had same problem on my celica.
the computer and the ignition module give power to the injectors.
Injectors that have a resistor in the power supply are called
Replace you ignition module, It controls both spark and power to the injectors. You can have spark but the module may be bad and not giving power to the injectors and the vehicle will not run.
It can be several things. VCheck the fuses. Check the crankshaft sensor on the front of the engine. Check for any codes in the computer. If it is a "96 or later you will need a scanner to do this. GoodluckJoe
