Ok...this is a bit too much for an online Help forum to take care of. You're asking how to hook up a Motherboard, you just say "Wires" without any specifics about What wires, and there are numerous connections that need to be made if you're starting from scratch. This MoBo is a branded HP model, and on http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c00100539#N876 you can find the schematic for this board...have at it..(paste the above address into your browser address bar) Really tho, if you have to ask this kind of question, you're not ready to build a computer yet. BUT, it's not really all that hard. All components need an I/O cable (data cable) and power cable. Many items get their power and have the I/O from the slot they're inserted into, memory cards, Graphics card, PCI & PCI-e devices. Devices like Hard drives, CD - CVD ROM's need both a data and power cable attached. The CPU MUST have a heatsink and fan and that fan cable MUST be connected to the CPU Fan header or it will not boot. Do some research, look at pictures of different hook-ups, look inside your own computer (Don't TOUCH anything!!! Static electricity is a KILLER) Read in Hardware forums and Hardware Tech sites, take your time to understand the basic components, their locations, and what cabling is required.

With Junction boxes.
To connect your wires from a sound system running throughout a building to an iPod docking system, it really depends on the type of wires you are using. You might be able to use a coupler to connect non RCA wires.
