It is necessary to conserve renewable resources because they do not renew instantly. It's like the gas in your car. The gas is renewable, but if you race around like crazy without caring where the next gas station is, chances are you will run out of gas before you get to one. You can't use resources faster than you can make it, grow it or replace it.
We can easily renew renewable resources after a couple of years, but what we need to worry about is conserving NON-Renewable resources because these take about a hundred years to replace.. This is including oils and gases... They will not last forever, and we use them everyday..(That's the scary part) Also electricity has a limited supply that u may need to worry about if you don't want to be sitting in the dark in the evening.. The easiest way to save that is to open a window and keep the lights off!we can conserve our resources by judiciously using them with out wastage of them. we can also use renewable and non-renewable resources.
To save resources we must:
1. Switch off fans when no need
2. Whenever a tree is cut plant new tree instead of it
3. Store rainwater to wash your bicycle, clean utensils or water plants
4. When you travel for a short distance, use a bicycle
5. Recycle any old cloth by making a shopping bag of it
6. Turn off taps when not in use
Conservation means sustainable and efficient utilization of resources .for this we must always keep in consideration of our future generation. Thus, it is necessary to use the resources more efficiently without any wastage.Population control is also essential for a long term sustainability of natural resources.Non-renewable resources are the most important resources to be conserved because if once they are exhausted they cannot be renewed or may take a millions of years to form.
because even renewable resources have a rate at which they can be used befor you run out and have to wait to get more, for example trees are renuable but if you cut them down faster than they grow back then eventually you have no trees, and you cant just wish them back into existance, also if its a recyclable resource like some of the plastics for example theres a rate at which it can be recycled so if you use the recyclable plastics too fast they become more expensive and u have to resort to less recyclable substitutes.
Renewable resources can still be used up before they can be renewed.
I dont think this is in the right category. (humour and amusement?)But to give you an answer:Non-Renewable resources are important, in some cases even more important that renewable sources. One way that they are important is, they are a large component of the worlds economy.Non-renewable resources include Gold, Coal, Oil and other rare to semi-rare minerals that society needs. Gold is a major non-renewable resource, as it is a Global form of currency. Coal and oils are also Major in that they are currently the main resources used for electricity production, metal production etc. Without Non-renewable resources, the worlds economy would be much smaller considering the fact that almost every country has some sort of resource to sell.* anyone improve? *
they are renewable resources, even though they take a long time to break even, it is still a source of energy that is renewable, which means it can never run out
Poor countries do not recycling programs even though they need to conserve materials the most because they do not have the resources to do so.
renewable energy resources are those that can be reused while non-renewable energy resources are those that, once used are lost forever and cannot be regenerated again.examples of renewable resources include:solar energy, paper, wind energy , water,etc.e.g of non-renewable resources:wildlife ,petrol, etc.renewable resources are available in nature in plenty but non-renewable resources are limited and at the same time cannot be regenerated after use. Geothermal is a renewable resource. We can take advantage of the hot rocks underground for a long time before the earth cools.
Of course. Trees are a good example. Timber is a renewable resource but if not properly managed all sources could be depleted, even to the point of extinction.
copper isn't even an energy in the first place. It conducts power and releases and carries energy from one pace to another. but know it is not a non-renewable or renewable resource.
Hydroelectric power. Wind power. Solar power. Trees. Even Oil over the very long haul may be renewable.
Even if the world's population stays exactly where it is now, our non-renewable resources can't be sustained at the rate we're using them.
We should use them but we should use them carefully because after their gone, their gone. Also, some of them aren't good for our planet.
uranium is a non-renewable resource. When we have used it all up, there is none left. A renewable resource is something like sunlight, which we can use to generate electricity, and even if we use it all today, it still comes back just as strong tomorrow.
Wood from plantation forests is renewable.Wood from rainforests that take thousands of years to grow is non-renewable.Tides keep coming back, even if we use them to generate electricity, so they are renewable.
