You can't convert a MSWMM (Microsoft Windows Movie Maker) since that format is not a Standard viewing format. A MSWMM file can only be read in the Windows Movie Maker program.
The way conversion takes place is by Publishing/Finishing/Saving the video. This process exports video/audio properties into Standard viewing format. In this case a .wma file. Once the video has be published/finished, consider it converted.
