Windows does not exactly have it's own special format. However, It can read many formats, including JPG. No conversion should be needed to open a JPG on Windows. Since I don't know what the exact problem is, I can't be certain of what you need. However, Windows sometimes uses BMP for system image files. You can try using an online converter like online-convert (I will post a link in the "Discuss" section of this question) to change the JPG into BMP, if this is what you need. If not, try posing another question with more detail, if possible.
