Go to Sony UK website and then to mp3/music players. Go to 'contact' and it will guide you to 'frequently asked questions'. Type in mp3 converion tool and it will search for you. download this which takes seconds and away you go.
You should then be able to get windows media to search for all mp3's and then delete the peace of c\\p sonic stage for ever!
