You know you can't just immediately ask your parents, "Hey can I curl my hair?" and expect them to say yes. You will need to go through a bit:
1. If your grades aren't high, try getting them high.
2. If there are any chores you haven't done, such as cleaning your room, or doing your homework, do those.
3. Try to have the best attitude with your parents, and show that you are mature.
4. When they are in a good mood, then try asking them. Asking them when they're tired or stressed is not the best time.
5. IF your parents happen to say yes, it would be best to ask them to do it for you (remember, help from an adult with this situation is very helpful!).

Well if you want to know 'HOW' it curls, your hair is prob just naturaly curly! Like when you take a shower, and your hair is wet, as it starts to dry, it will curl up! and if you want to know how to curl it, i use my straightener and curl my hair around it, let it sit, then let go, or just get a curler and use that :D
