You don't. If you want one get it when you are 18.
Tell them that it cures cancer.
It is going to be difficult to convince them. Piercings can cause permanent scars and holes in your body. There are places that will not allow a child to get a piercing, even if the parents agree.
prove that you're responsible

Honestly, you can't convince them. Either they will let you or they won't.
if your parents wont let you get sponsored, well, id yell at em.
you say parents are going with
If they let a 14 year old get a piercing without an adult then they probably wouldnt be professional and do a very good job. Im 14 and had it done a while ago, but I had my mum with me. Just try and convince your parents or take a friends parent with you - make sure they wont get in trouble with your parents though.
By convincing them you will be safe & not do anything stupid.. Be really good & try to stay on their good side. If your parents are really strict and said No already then you are out of luck.
with your parents consent i think its fine. the parent might be strict (like mine) and wont let me get a naval piercing.
They want you to be healthy and safe and no one can argue with that. Parents are not trying to be mean and hurtful, they want you to be safe. A piercing is not a good idea in areas other that one in the ear. I agree with your parents not for you to get one. It can get infected and could eventually lead to diseases and more.
you ask them
