It is going to be difficult to convince them. Piercings can cause permanent scars and holes in your body. There are places that will not allow a child to get a piercing, even if the parents agree.
Tell them that it cures cancer.
You don't. If you want one get it when you are 18.
If they let a 14 year old get a piercing without an adult then they probably wouldnt be professional and do a very good job. Im 14 and had it done a while ago, but I had my mum with me. Just try and convince your parents or take a friends parent with you - make sure they wont get in trouble with your parents though.
prove that you're responsible
You don't. If you want one get it when you are 18.
Just tell them how you feel and try to convince them that you are mature enough for dating. Good Luck!
Not if you want it done the proper way. If you go to a place where they use a piercing gun then they might if you have your parent/guardian with you. But you shouldn't go to a place that uses a piercing gun because piercing gunsa are dangerous and the piercings more likely to get infected. If you go to a proper piercing place like at a tattoo shop then no, you can't because you must be at least 16 with a guardian/parent. if your 18+ you dont need any parent or guardian with you
How old you have to be to get a body piercing with a parent's permission depends on the laws of the place where you live and where you will get the piercing.
beg and beg! say you'll pay with your own money and you'll clean it out yourself GOOD LUCK
I dont now about in DC but in NYc YOU dont need parents to get your piercing if your 15and+ years old ....you just need to be old enough to get a tatoo if your not 18 and older yuh need a parent there with you
You shouldn't get it done until you can get it done legally. If a shop doesn't follow the law, what makes you think that they're a quality shop? Most shops that pierce minors don't follow basic sanitary guidelines and aren't APP certified. Just wait until you turn 18 and can do it on your own or somehow convince your parent to let you get it done.
The state of Florida prohibits the piercing of a minor without the written, notarized consent of the parent or legal guardian. Consent may also be a parent or legal guardian accompanying the minor to receive the piercing
