Therefore, you must be very serious in how you approach this (if it is true that your sister actually has mental problems). You must be clear that you would like to help your sister to deal with her problems, and you are not trying to get back at her for something. Give accurate and specific observations of your sister's actions, which indicate mental problems. You must have made observations of this sort, in order to have arrived at the conclusion that your sister has mental problems. Tell your parents what you know, in the most honest, direct, and serious way you can; avoid insulting or hostile comments, just state the facts.
