YOU MUST SEE A DOCTOR because it WILL NOT GO AWAY unless you treat the area properly. To prevent these, make sure you keep the area clean and pour a capful of bleach into your bathtub twice a month and soak in it for a little bit. It also helps to buy shur-clens soap or other soaps meant for prevention of this. What you have it probably MRSA, fyi.
